Job Description :

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager with a strong background in leading Data and AI/ML projects.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing complex data workloads, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and delivering end-to-end solutions involving data pipelines, machine learning models, and analytics platforms.

This role requires close collaboration with data scientists, data engineers, and AI/ML developers.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering AI and data solutions that align with client goals and timelines, while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Data and AI/ML projects, from initiation through delivery.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, ML developers, QA, and DevOps.

- Engage with clients to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Oversee Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

- Track performance metrics such as model accuracy, data quality, and delivery timelines.

- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of total professional experience, with strong exposure to Data, AI, or ML-related projects.

- Proven experience managing teams working on data pipelines, analytics, machine learning, or AI-based solutions.

- Solid understanding of AI/ML workflows and data engineering processes.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and tools like BigQuery, S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Databricks, etc.

- Conceptual understanding of Python, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across time zones and business domains.
