Cresita Tech IT Solutions - Senior Drupal Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Drupal Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Drupal-based solutions for our core product(s). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

This is a key role where you will have the opportunity to influence product direction, drive technical excellence, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Drupal 9/10 modules, themes, and custom features.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Drupal solutions.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

- Integrate third-party APIs and tools into Drupal-based applications.

- Stay updated with the latest Drupal, PHP, and web development trends.

- Mentor and guide junior Drupal developers within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Drupal development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

- Hands-on expertise in Drupal 8/9/10, including module/theme development and site building.

- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience with Drupal APIs, Twig templating engine, and Composer.

- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with headless/decoupled Drupal and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

- Contribution to Drupal open-source community (modules, patches, forums, etc.).

- Experience working in a product-based environment with scalable user-facing applications
