About the Role :

We're looking for a talented mid to senior-level Full stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring boot and React to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be part of a new pod working on our debt collection platform, directly contributing to critical business operations while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

We're seeking someone who is passionate about technology development and eager to integrate innovative solutions, including AI tools, into our platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java Spring boot for backend and React for frontend.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

- Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

- Integrate AWS services into application architecture.

- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance platform capabilities.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest innovative approaches.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience with Java and Spring/Spring boot frameworks.

- 2+ years of experience with React.js and modern frontend development.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.

- Experience with AWS cloud services.

- Working knowledge of Python.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

- Genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.

- Experience with or interest in implementing AI tools in software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with fintech or financial services applications.

- Knowledge of debt collection systems or related financial platforms.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- Demonstrated history of adopting new technologies and frameworks.

- Experience with AI/ML libraries or tools such as TensorFlow, Py Torch, or integration of LLM APIs.
