About CreditMitra :

CreditMitra is a digital lending fintech startup based in Hyderabad, empowering salaried individuals with accessible and responsible credit solutions. We are building a lending platform from the ground up and are looking for a seasoned Tech Lead to architect, develop, and scale our core technology systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable LOS & LMS platforms.

- Design backend services using Node.js and develop full-stack applications using ReactJS.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, mobile developers, and UI/UX teams to align business and tech goals.

- Integrate critical third-party APIs (KYC, credit bureaus, eSign, eMandate, NSDL, bank statement analysis, etc.).

- Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, and compliant with RBI and data protection norms.

- Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and lead sprint planning.

- Manage technical documentation, deployment planning, and end-to-end release cycles.

Requirements :

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and ReactJS.

- Proven experience building fintech/lending platforms such as LOS, LMS .

- Experience integrating APIs for KYC, credit bureaus, NSDL, eMandate, payment gateways, etc.

- Solid understanding of loan lifecycle management, including EMI schedules, collections workflows, and NPA tracking.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Expertise in PostgreSQL and MongoDB, with the ability to manage high-traffic, distributed databases.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and system scalability best practices.
