Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers; drive execution and delivery.

- Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Python/FastAPI-based services.

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using Terraform/Pulumi.

- Oversee Kubernetes-based deployments, observability, and incident response.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve build, release, and monitoring processes.

- Drive best practices in security, scalability, and automation.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of DevOps experience with at least 12 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Kubernetes, and IaC.

- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), observability (Prometheus, Grafana), and Postgres.

- Familiarity with Python-based applications and microservices architecture.

- Ability to balance hands-on execution with team management.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to fintech or SaaS product environments.

- Understanding of security and compliance practices in cloud deployments.
