About the Role :

Were looking for a Senior Technical Manager to lead high-impact full-stack engineering projects across cloud-native and microservices architectures.

Youll manage cross-functional teams, guide system design, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor multi-stack engineering teams.

- Architect, design, and deliver scalable web applications.

- Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Ensure high code quality through Agile practices and engineering excellence.

- Drive incident management and SLI/SLO ownership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.

Must-have Skills :

- Strong experience with Python 3, Django & DRF.

- Proficiency in React.js (v19+) and Node.js microservices.

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

- CI/CD using GitHub Actions / GitLab CI.

- Agile / Scrum leadership and team management.

Good-to-have Skills :

- LLM / RAG integration, NLP, ML, CV.

- MLOps (Kubeflow / MLflow).

- DevSecOps practices (SCA, SAST, DAST).
