About the Role :
As a Lead ITSM Developer for our ServiceNow Project, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our IT Service Management initiatives.
You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that our client's ServiceNow platform effectively meets the business needs.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow implementations through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and advancements to continuously improve our ITSM capabilities.
- Manage integration with external systems and data sources.
- Participate in change management and incident resolution activities.

Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow CSA certification.
Experience Skills :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management and ServiceNow development.
- Proven track record of leading ServiceNow implementations and teams.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM best practices and frameworks.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting in JavaScript, Glide, and other relevant languages.
- Proper ServiceNow ITSM Certification is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
