Role Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled Coupa Technical Consultants with strong experience in Coupa implementation, configuration, and ERP integrations.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project cycles, configure multiple Coupa modules, and collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to drive process excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute Coupa implementation and configuration across project phases including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.

- Integrate Coupa with ERP systems, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud.

- Configure modules such as Procurement, Expenses, Invoicing, and Supplier Management based on business needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to ensure seamless process alignment.

- Recommend and enforce best practices for P2P/S2P process optimization.

- Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and support change management.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and support system upgrades or enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Coupa Certification Mandatory

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Coupa implementation and configuration

- Strong expertise in ERP integrations, preferably with Oracle ERP Cloud

- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
