Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy and support multiple Coupa modules (e.g., Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses).

- Manage incident triage, perform root cause analysis, and work with Coupa Support for resolution and escalations.

- Deliver enhancements and customizations based on specific business needs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise IT/system architects.

- Oversee Coupa release management, including planning, impact analysis, and regression testing.

- Manage and monitor Coupa integrations (File-based and API), including error handling.

- Identify and implement automation opportunities to drive process improvement and productivity.

Ideal Candidate :

- Understanding of P2P processes and Coupa best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with global deployments and local compliance.
