Job Description :


- Design, develop, and configure Coupa applications to support business processes across procurement, invoicing, sourcing, and expense management.


- Implement and maintain integrations between Coupa and other enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite), HR, and Finance platforms using APIs, middleware, or custom connectors.


- Customize Coupa forms, approval chains, and workflows based on organizational requirements.


- Develop and maintain Coupa Scripts, API interfaces, and integrations using technologies such as REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and integration tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.


- Perform functional and technical troubleshooting for Coupa applications and integrations, ensuring minimal business disruption.


- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.


- Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business

requirements into technical solutions.


- Ensure system security, compliance, and audit readiness in alignment with company policies and Coupa best practices.


- Document all technical designs, workflows, and integration mappings.


- Provide post-deployment support, including end-user training, issue resolution, and performance optimization.


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


- 4+ years of experience in Coupa development or administration, including configuration, scripting, and integration.


- Strong understanding of Coupa modules Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, Sourcing,

Expenses, and Supplier Management.


- Experience with Coupa APIs, Coupa Link, and integration middleware (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, etc.


- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or Groovy).


- Familiarity with ERP systems integration such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.


- Coupa Certified Professional or equivalent certification.


- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance domain processes.


- Knowledge of Spend Analysis, Sourcing Optimization, and Supplier Risk Management.


- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for deployment and version control (Git,

Jenkins).


- Understanding of data security, GDPR, and SOX compliance in procurement systems.


- Strong attention to detail and documentation.


- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


- Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.


- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
