Job Title: Coupa CLMA Implementation Consultant (6-Month Contract)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Coupa CLMA Implementation Consultant for a 6-month contract to lead and support the successful deployment of Coupas Contract Lifecycle Management Advanced (CLMA).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with at least two full-cycle Coupa CLMA implementations and a deep understanding of contract management, procurement, and legal operations.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth implementation, user adoption, and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Coupa CLMA, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper care.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.

- Customize contract templates, approval workflows, metadata fields, and clause libraries to align with business needs.

- Ensure seamless integration with other Coupa modules (e.g., Sourcing, Procurement) and third-party systems (e.g., DocuSign).

- Manage data migration from legacy systems, including cleansing, mapping, and validation of historical contracts.

- Develop and deliver training sessions, user guides, and support materials to ensure successful adoption.

- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.

- Stay current with Coupa product updates and industry best practices to drive optimization.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 full-cycle Coupa CLMA implementations in a lead or hands-on role.

- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal/procurement operations.

- Proven experience with Coupa configuration, including workflow design, clause libraries, templates and metadata management.

- Familiarity with Coupa integrations and data migration strategies.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Coupa certifications (CLMA or related modules).

- Experience in global or enterprise-scale implementations.

- Background in Procurement, Legal Operations, or IT systems consulting.

- Knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) and accounts payable processes.
