CosMicIT - Full Stack Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Full-Stack Developer with 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience in modern web application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI, along with the ability to own technical decisions, contribute to architecture discussions, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

This is a mid-to-senior level role where the candidate is expected to work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to build robust frontend and backend systems while driving engineering best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.

- Build responsive and high-performance frontend interfaces using React, Vite, and Tailwind

CSS.

- Develop secure and efficient backend APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.

- Participate in system architecture, technical design discussions, and code reviews.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
