Were now looking for a Manager AI/ML Engineering to lead and scale our AI initiatives and shape the future of intelligent learning systems.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities) :

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers.

- Research, prototype, and develop robust ML models, including deep learning and GenAI solutions.

- Oversee the full AI/ML project lifecycle from data preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.

- Guide the team in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs using methods like distillation, supervised fine-tuning, and RLHF.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to translate business problems into ML solutions.

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems in production.

- Define and enforce best practices in MLOps, model management, and experimentation.

- Stay on the cutting edge of AI by exploring and applying emerging trends and technologies.

Youre a Great Fit If You Have :

- 7 to 12 years of experience in building AI/ML solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and computer science fundamentals.

- Hands-on experience deploying AI models in production using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.

- Proficiency with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI, Azure ML).

- Solid understanding of MLOps tools and practices for model lifecycle management.

- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and training methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills.

- A proactive mindset and passion for innovation and mentorship.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with generative AI frame works.

- A portfolio or track record of creative AI/ML applications.

- Familiarity with tools for LLM orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation(RAG).
