Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Corporate Trainer - SAP SCM (SAP Production Planning) to design and deliver high-impact training programs for global corporate professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP along with working knowledge or training exposure in related SCM modules such as SAP MM, QM, WM/EWM, or PM.

This is a permanent Work From Home (WFH) opportunity, requiring delivery of virtual instructor-led training using structured courseware, modern tools, and access to the latest SAP S/4HANA systems.

- Deliver expert-led SAP SCM / SAP PP training programs to corporate and enterprise clients across global locations.

- Provide integrated process training covering touchpoints with SAP MM, QM, WM/EWM, and PM modules.

- Deliver hands-on training using SAP S/4HANA, leveraging real-world business scenarios and industry use cases.

- Train learners on advanced planning concepts; exposure to PP/DS or SAP IBP is a strong advantage.

- Mentor and guide learners throughout the training lifecycle, addressing queries, conducting assessments, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance courseware, labs, documentation, and training delivery methodologies.

- Deliver training primarily through virtual platforms and, when required, conduct in-person corporate sessions.

- Evaluate learner performance and provide structured, actionable feedback.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP with real-world implementation or support exposure.

- Working knowledge or training experience in at least one additional module: SAP MM, QM, WM/EWM, or PM.

- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA environments is mandatory.

- Exposure to advanced planning tools such as PP/DS or SAP IBP is a plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to explain

complex concepts clearly.

- Proven ability to design structured, practical, and engaging training programs with hands-on labs.

- Experience delivering training to corporate or enterprise-level professionals is preferred.

- Willingness to travel globally to deliver on-site corporate training programs when required.

- Flexibility to work according to international client time zones, including evenings or weekends as per business needs.

- Ability to maintain a professional work-from-home setup suitable for virtual training delivery.

- Experience working with diverse learner groups across different cultures and geographies, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
