Job Title : Corporate Trainer - SAP FICO
Years of Experience : 5 to 15 years
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Corporate Trainer - SAP FICO to design and deliver comprehensive, high-quality training programs for enterprise-level clients across global locations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance, Treasury Management, and Group Reporting.
This is a work-from-home role, requiring the trainer to conduct virtual training sessions using modern digital platforms.

- Deliver expert-led SAP FICO training programs for corporate and enterprise clients, covering SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC, Treasury Management (TRM), and Group Reporting.
- Provide in-depth training on Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, InternalOrders,
CO-PA).
- Train participants on advanced SAP Finance topics including New GL, Universal Journal, Financial Closing, Integration with MM, SD, and HCM modules.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on SAP Treasury Management, Cash Management, Risk
Management, and SAP Group Reporting.
- Mentor and guide learners throughout the training lifecycle, addressing queries, conducting
assessments, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve course content,
training labs, documentation, and delivery methodologies.
- Deliver training through virtual platforms and, when required, conduct in-person sessions at
client locations while maintaining high standards of delivery and learner satisfaction.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback to help participants achieve
training objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Finance releases, tools, best practices, and industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
- Proven hands-on experience in delivering SAP FICO training programs with real-time business scenarios.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO, S/4HANA Finance, TRM, and Group Reporting.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated capability to design structured, practical, and engaging learning materials, including labs, case studies, and real-time demonstrations.
Additional Requirements :
- Willingness to travel globally to deliver on-site corporate training programs when required.
- Flexibility to work according to international client time zones, including evenings or weekends as per business needs.
- Ability to maintain a professional work-from-home setup suitable for virtual training delivery.
- Experience working with diverse learner groups across different cultures and geographies, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
