Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Corporate Trainer Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for corporate and enterprise clients across global regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies and a passion for teaching professionals through structured, practical, and outcome-driven learning experiences.

This role requires the trainer to deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions using modern digital platforms while maintaining high standards of instructional quality and learner satisfaction. The trainer will be responsible for enabling learners to build low-code/no-code business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, helping organizations drive digital transformation and automation.

This is a work-from-home role, with opportunities for global exposure and occasional travel for on-site corporate training engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver expert-led Microsoft Power Platform training programs for corporate and enterprise clients across global locations.

- Conduct in-depth training on Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

- Deliver hands-on, scenario-based training sessions covering business process automation, app development, analytics, and integration use cases.

- Train learners on integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, SQL, and external data sources.

- Explain Power Platform governance, security, environment strategy, licensing models, and best practices for enterprise implementations.

- Develop and continuously enhance training materials, including presentations, labs, demos, real-world case studies, and assessments.

- Mentor learners throughout the training lifecycle by answering queries, conducting evaluations, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve course content, lab environments, documentation, and training delivery methodologies.

- Deliver training through virtual platforms and, when required, conduct in-person training sessions at client locations.

- Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and help participants achieve their learning and certification goals.

- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates, feature releases, and industry trends to ensure training relevance.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Any PL-series certification (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-500, or PL-600) is mandatory.

- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

- Ability to train both beginners and experienced professionals effectively.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Proven capability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.

- Experience in designing structured and interactive training programs with real-world relevance.

Additional Requirements :

- Willingness to travel internationally for on-site corporate training programs when required.

- Flexibility to work across international client time zones, including evenings or weekends as per business needs.

- Ability to maintain a professional work-from-home setup suitable for high-quality virtual training delivery.

- Experience working with diverse learner groups across different cultures and geographies, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
