About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with a strong technical background and exceptional communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple tech domains, including Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Azure, AWS, Full Stack Development, Quality Engineering, PHP, and Frontend Development. This role involves designing and delivering high impact training programs, mentoring technical teams, and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, design, and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops on diverse technical topics including Data Science, Data Engineering, BI, Cloud (Azure & AWS), Full Stack Development, Quality Engineering, PHP, and Frontend technologies.

- Assess training needs by collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to tailor content for diverse audiences.

- Conduct engaging training sessions both virtually and in-person, ensuring clarity, retention, and practical application of knowledge.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics; iterate to improve training quality continuously.

- Act as a subject matter expert, staying updated with the latest technology trends and integrating them into training modules.

- Manage and coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align training goals with organizational objectives.

- Mentor and coach team members to build internal training capabilities.

- Support change management initiatives by facilitating smooth adoption of new tools and technologies.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management highlighting training impact and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of professional experience in technical roles with proven training or teaching experience.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Technical expertise with the following :

1. Data Science & Data Engineering

2. Business Intelligence tools

3. Cloud Platforms : Azure, AWS & GCP

4. Full Stack Development (Frontend & Backend)

5. Quality Engineering & Testing

6. PHP & Frontend Development (JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS)

- Strong stakeholder management skills; experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

- Ability to customize training content for different levels, from beginners to advanced professionals.

- Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools is a plus.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred :

- Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Data Science, or relevant technologies.

- Prior experience in corporate or enterprise training school environments.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
