A. IT Strategy & Leadership :


1. Technology Roadmap Objective :


- Develop and implement a 3-year Technology & Digital Transformation Roadmap within the first 90 days, aligned with business expansion, manufacturing scale-up, and distribution growth.


2. Governance & Policy Framework Objective :


- Establish and formalize IT Governance Framework, including SOPs, IT security policy, access control policy, and IT asset management standards within 6 months.


3. Multi-Location IT Integration Objective :


- Standardize IT systems, reporting structures, and escalation frameworks across Corporate Office, Plants, Warehouses, and Sales locations within Year 1.


4. Technology Adoption Objective :


- Achieve minimum 90% user compliance in ERP and system-based transactions (measured by audit logs) within 12 months.


B. ERP Management & Business Automation :


1. ERP Stabilization & Optimization Objective :


- Ensure 100% stabilization of Existing ERP core modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance, HRMS, Sales) with <3% critical system errors within 9 months.


2. Process Automation Objective :


- Reduce Excel/manual interventions in key business processes by minimum 60% within 12 months through workflow automation.


3. Master Data Governance Objective :


- Implement Master Data Governance Framework with defined ownership and validation controls, achieving 98% data accuracy across modules.


4. Role-Based Access Objective :


- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and approval matrix system across ERP with zero unauthorized access incidents.


5. Transaction Discipline Objective :


- Ensure 95%+ same-day transaction posting discipline across plants and warehouses.


C. IT Operations & Infrastructure Management :


1. System Uptime Objective :


- Maintain 99%+ uptime for mission-critical systems (ERP, servers, networks).


2. Disaster Recovery Objective :


- Establish/validate fully tested Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) mechanism within 6 months with quarterly DR drill testing.


3. Helpdesk SLA Objective :


Implement/Strengthen IT ticketing system with defined SLAs :


- Critical issues resolved within 4 - 6 hours


- Standard issues within 24 - 48 hours


- Achieve 90% SLA adherence.


4. Asset & Vendor Optimization Objective :


- Rationalize IT vendor contracts and licenses to achieve 1015% cost efficiency without compromising performance.


D. Cybersecurity Governance :


1. Cybersecurity Framework Objective :


- Implement/Strengthen enterprise-wide cybersecurity architecture including endpoint protection, firewall management, patch management, and anti-ransomware safeguards within 6 months.


2. Access Control & Audit Objective :


- Conduct half-yearly permission audits and ensure adherence to least-privilege principle across all systems.


3. Security Awareness Objective :


- Conduct minimum 2 cybersecurity awareness programs annually for employees across plants and corporate offices.


4. Zero Major Breach Objective :


- Ensure zero major cybersecurity breach incidents resulting in operational shutdown or financial loss.


E. Incident Management & IT Compliance :


1. Incident Reporting System Objective :


- Establish centralized IT Incident Reporting & Response System with logging, root cause analysis (RCA), and closure documentation within 4 months.


2. Compliance Objective :


Achieve 100% compliance with :


- IT policies


- Cybersecurity standards


- Software licensing requirements


3. Escalation Framework Objective


- Define and implement structured escalation matrix for business-critical outages within first quarter.


F. IT Infrastructure Audits & Health Monitoring :


1. Internal IT Audit Objective :


- Conduct bi-annual internal IT health audits across all plants and locations.


2. IT Dashboard Objective :


Create real-time IT performance dashboard covering :


- Uptime


- Backup status


- Incident metrics


- ERP performance


3. Monthly Reporting Objective :


- Present structured Monthly IT Health & Risk Report to CIO/Management Committee.


G. Cross-Functional Digital Enablement :


1. HR Digitization Objective :


- Support and own digitized HRMS, payroll, leave, and attendance workflows with 95% system-driven processing.


2. Finance Integration Objective :


- Ensure seamless ERP integration with accounting system (Existing/Future modules), reducing reconciliation time by minimum 40%.


3. Sales & Distribution Digitization Objective :


- Enable Sales/DMS integration, distributor billing automation, and field mobility tools within 12 months.


4. Manufacturing Digitization Objective :


- Implement real-time production tracking (barcode/RFID integration) and reduce manual reporting dependency by 70%.


5. Service/Warranty Phase-II Objective (Optional) :


- Prepare blueprint for warranty management system for next digital phase.
