- Implementation & Configuration : Lead the technical implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Financials.

- Integrations : Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations between Workday and third-party systems using

- Workday's native integration tools. This includes :

Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Cloud Connectors (CC)
Workday Studio
Utilizing XML/XSLT for data transformations.

- Reporting & Analytics : Create, maintain, and optimize a wide variety of Workday reports and dashboards, including

Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and BIRT Reports, leveraging calculated fields to deliver actionable business insights.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Act as a subject matter expert for Workday technical issues, providing production support, troubleshooting data and system problems, and delivering timely resolutions.

- Security & Access Control : Configure and manage Workday security roles, permissions, and domain security policies to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal and external regulations.

- Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.

- System Maintenance : Stay up-to-date with Workday's bi-annual releases, managing system updates and new feature implementations.

Technical Skills :

Workday Expertise :

- In-depth knowledge of Workday's core modules, particularly Workday HCM.

- Proficiency in Workday Studio for building complex integrations.

- Hands-on experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Cloud Connectors.

- Strong command of Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.

- Experience with Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).

Programming & Scripting :

- Experience with XML and XSLT for data manipulation and transformation.

- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python is a plus.

- Databases : Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
