- Proficiency in ServiceNow entities and configurations

- Capable of managing both technical and functional aspects of implementation

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams

- Design, configure, and deploy scalable solutions on ServiceNow

- Drive enhancements and integrations for VRM or SIR modules
