Role : Full Stack Developer - MERN / Modern Tech Stack

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MERN or equivalent modern technology stacks

- Build scalable backend services and APIs with clean, maintainable architecture

- Develop responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces using modern frameworks

- Architect and implement databases, APIs, and reusable UI components

- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability

- Collaborate closely with product, UI/UX, DevOps, and QA teams

- Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and perform code reviews

- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices

- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer

- Strong expertise in React, Node.js, MongoDB, or equivalent full-stack technologies

- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern frontend architectures

- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization

- Ability to work independently, take ownership of modules, and deliver end-to end features
