Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Python and Django frameworks.

- Work on both front-end and back-end development to build scalable and efficient solutions.

- Design and maintain databases, APIs, and application logic.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver feature-rich applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure application stability and performance.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.

- 8-12 years of experience in full stack software development.

- Proven experience leading development teams for at least 4 years.

- Strong command of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, React, Angular, Bootstrap).

- Proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks (Python, Node.js, Java, Django, J2EE).

- Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) and application servers (Django,Apache, JBoss).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, data privacy, and application security best practices.
