Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Core Java Developer with 10 to 18 years of experience to join our high-performance engineering team in Chennai or Hyderabad. In this role, you will architect and maintain complex, mission-critical backend systems that serve as the backbone of our enterprise operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, database architects, and senior stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, high-throughput technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the reliability and efficiency of our platform, ensuring seamless data processing and optimal performance for our global user base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement robust backend services using Core Java to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-level applications.

- Optimize complex SQL queries and database schemas within Oracle DB environments to enhance data retrieval speeds and overall system throughput.

- Architect multi-threaded applications that handle high-concurrency workloads, ensuring thread safety and efficient resource utilization.

- Lead technical code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence and clean, maintainable code standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues by performing deep-dive analysis into system logs and database performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to integrate new features that align with long-term business objectives and scalability goals.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in Core Java, with a deep understanding of JVM internals, garbage collection tuning, and advanced multi-threading concepts.

- Extensive hands-on experience in designing and optimizing complex Oracle Database schemas, stored procedures, and triggers to support high-volume transactions.

- Proven ability to implement efficient data structures and algorithms to solve complex computational problems within distributed systems.

- Strong proficiency in JDBC for building high-performance database connectivity layers and managing connection pooling effectively.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional discussions.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
