Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Core Java Developer with a deep-rooted expertise in Oracle Database management to join our high-impact engineering team in Hyderabad or Chennai. In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems that serve as the backbone of our enterprise applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, database administrators, and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the reliability and efficiency of our core platforms, ensuring seamless data processing and optimal performance for our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust, multi-threaded Java applications to ensure high availability and low-latency performance for mission-critical business processes.

- Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas within Oracle to enhance data retrieval speeds and overall system throughput.

- Lead technical design reviews and code audits to maintain high engineering standards and mentor junior developers in best practices for backend development.

- Partner with product managers and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term architectural improvements that drive business scalability.

- Integrate Java-based services with Oracle Database environments to ensure secure, efficient, and consistent data synchronization across distributed systems.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in Core Java, including deep knowledge of collections, concurrency, and memory management, coupled with extensive experience in Oracle Database development and performance tuning.
