Job Title : Copilot Studio Developer

Location : Gurugram

Shift Timings : 3 PM 12 AM / 2 PM 11 PM IST

Key Responsibilities :

Copilot Development :

- Build and configure custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Design conversational flows, prompts, and adaptive cards for enhanced user experiences.

Integration & Automation :

- Integrate copilots with Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, and other enterprise data sources.

- Implement Power Automate flows and connectors for automated backend operations.

AI & NLP Optimization :

- Fine-tune prompts and model responses for accuracy and relevance.

- Utilize generative AI for advanced conversational scenarios.

Testing & Deployment :

- Perform functional testing and UAT for solution quality.

- Deploy copilots across Microsoft Teams, web, and other channels.

Governance & Security :

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards.

- Set up role-based access, monitoring, and usage tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

- Strong understanding of Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering & Generative AI.

- Experience working with Dataverse, Azure services & API integrations.

- Proficiency in JSON, Adaptive Cards & basic scripting (Power Fx or similar).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
