Job Description

What Youll Do :

- Be the torchbearer for AI innovation inside OutSpark.

- Track, experiment, and implement the latest AI tools, APIs, and models.

- Build POCs and products that push the boundaries of applied AI in career tech.

- Partner with PMs, engineers, and designers to convert AI ideas into real features.

- Be the go-to person for all things AI, from research to integration.

- Be the torch bearer for AI news, tools, services, models, and everything else AI for the entire OutSpark tech & product teams

Who You Are :

- Up to 3.5 years of product/tech experience, with at least 1.5 years hands-on in AI/Applied AI products.

- You literally live and breathe AI reading, tinkering, testing every new tool.

- Bonus: youve built projects/POCs (even hobby ones) using AI or no-code/vibe coding tools.

- Fast learner, comfortable experimenting and failing forward.

- Know the various concepts of AI usage RAG/ GenAI/ Agentic systems.

- Understand how to evaluate AI models : Self hosted/ cloud hosted/ open source/ proprietary/ cost/ latency/ output quality

Technical Skills :

AI & ML Tools/Frameworks: OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex.

Concept Knowledge: RAG pipelines, Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, agentic AI systems.

Programming & Prototyping: Python, basic JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Jupyter, Streamlit, or Gradio.

API Integration: REST APIs, AI model APIs, embeddings, vector databases.

Databases: Exposure to vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).

Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure AI services.

No-Code/Low-Code Tools: Bubble, Zapier, Make, Retool (for rapid POCs).

Version Control & Collaboration: Git/GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Evaluation Skills: Model benchmarking (latency, cost, accuracy, hallucination rate, output quality)
