About the Role :

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Conversational AI Product Lead to define and execute the vision for our conversational interfaces and language-based AI solutions.

This individual will bridge business strategy with technical execution, guiding a team of experienced data scientists and engineers through the entire lifecycle of developing, deploying, and optimizing solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies.

This role requires an individual who can prioritize initiatives, manage complex stakeholders, and ensure our conversational AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.

While deep, hands-on coding expertise is not required, a strong conceptual and experiential understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI technologies, and the unique challenges of conversational design is essential to effectively guide the team and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product roadmap aligned to multimodal AI systems, customer flows & industry use cases

- Act as the primary liaison between data science, engineering, UX/Design, and business stakeholders

- Develop and optimize LLM-based conversation flows and agent architectures.

- Familiarity with the modern Generative AI landscape, including LLM architecture, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and the unique challenges of deploying and monitoring LLM-powered agents.

- Collaborate with data engineering and MLOps teams to ensure that conversational models are deployed reliably, scalably, and adhere to best practices for monitoring performance, accuracy, and latency.

- Manage integrations with internal and external systems (APIs, data stacks, cloud tools)

- Lead end-to-end digital platform development from vision & MVP to full-scale rollout

- Maintain documentation, testing frameworks, and best engineering practices

- Contribute to continuous R&D new models, embeddings, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks

- Digital Product Strategy & Roadmapping

- Customer Experience Design & Journey Mapping

- AI/ML understanding model lifecycle, metrics, guardrails

- Agile Delivery, Sprint Planning & Stakeholder Communication

Qualifications :

- MBA from a recognized institute (with product/tech focus preferred)

- Experience developing AI-enabled digital workflows (chat, voice, document automation

- Experience working with engineering teams on cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP) including Strong coding fundamentals Python and Node.js

- Prior experience building chat or voice AI systems in previous organisation is a plus

- Must have : Solid grounding statistics fundamentals

- Prior experience in insurance, fintech or customer contact platforms is a plus

- Builder mentality you ship MVPs fast and iterate

- Passionate about applied GenAI & multimodal systems

- Keeps up with fast-moving GenAI advancements
