Spectral Consultants is hiring for Conversational AI Engineer (LLMs + Voice Bots) with one of the leading Insurance Provider Organizations.

Location : Hyderabad / Pune.

Experience : 4-10 Years.

We are looking for a highly skilled Conversational AI Engineer with strong expertise in LLMs, Voice Bots, and Generative AI to build next-generation intelligent voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop advanced conversational AI solutions using LLMs for intelligent voice bot interactions.

- Implement prompt engineering techniques and RAG architectures to improve contextual understanding and response accuracy.

- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific voice conversations, including intent classification, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis.

- Architect and deploy enterprise-grade voice bots using : Genesys Cloud Architect, Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, LangChain, LlamaIndex.

- Build robust STT/TTS pipelines using models such as Whisper, Azure Speech Services, Google Speech API.

- Develop conversational agents with memory, context retention, and personalization.

- Integrate voice bots with backend systems using RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures for real-time responses.

- Enhance NLU using transformer models and custom entity recognition techniques.

- Ensure all interactions follow GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and enterprise security standards.
