We are looking for an experienced Control-M Automation Engineer to design, implement, and optimize job scheduling solutions using Control-M. The ideal candidate will have strong automation and scripting expertise in PowerShell and/or Python, with a focus on job orchestration, deployment, and integration across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Control-M jobs as per business and program requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed job specifications and workflow dependencies.

- Automate job logic using PowerShell and/or Python scripting.

- Conduct unit testing, assist in QA, and support production deployments (including off-hours).

- Troubleshoot and resolve Control-M workflow incidents efficiently.

- Review and deploy jobs created by federated developers in lower environments.

- Manage job migration, server upgrades, and ongoing process improvements.

- Integrate Control-M with AWS services (Glue, S3) for data transfer and job automation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4.5 - 8 years of experience in Control-M job development and scheduling.

- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python (mandatory).

- Experience with OS-level jobs, file transfer automation, and Informatica job scheduling.

- Hands-on exposure to AWS Glue and AWS S3 automation.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot job failures and deployment issues independently.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
