Continuity 1 - AI/ML Engineer - Python/RAG

Job Overview :

We are seeking a Junior AI/ML Engineer to support the development of conversational AI features for our health-tech product. The role involves working on chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and integrating with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.

Must-Have Requirements :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Experience with RAG pipelines

- Exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cohere, etc.)

- Familiarity with Flask/FastAPI and REST API development

- Understanding of NLP concepts, transformers, and embeddings

- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain AI/ML and RAG pipelines for conversational systems

- Integrate LLMs into chatbot workflows

- Experience working with LangChain or LangGraph

- Develop and optimize backend services using Python

- Improve accuracy, empathy, and safety of chatbot responses

- Collaborate with product, data, and medical teams

- Work on testing, debugging, and performance improvements

- Contribute to healthcare-compliant development (HIPAA, data privacy)

Education :

- B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, IT, or related field
