Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Contentful CMS Developer with a strong background in headless CMS implementations, modern web technologies, and scalable digital experience delivery. The ideal candidate will lead and contribute to designing, configuring, and integrating Contentful with front-end frameworks to create high-performance, SEO-optimized, and accessible web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Contentful Development & Configuration:

- Implement role-based permissions, localization, and advanced content management features.

- Integrate Contentful with third-party services via REST/GraphQL APIs.

Web Application Integration:

- Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) strategies for optimal performance and SEO.

API Development & Optimization:

- Optimize API queries for performance, caching, and scalability.

Performance, SEO & Accessibility:

- Implement accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) across content and UI.

- Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals and page load performance.

Collaboration & Documentation:

- Document technical implementations, workflows, and integration processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- 23 years of hands-on experience with Contentful (mandatory).

- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with proficiency in REST APIs and GraphQL.

- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular).

Architecture & Development Practices :

- Experience implementing SSR and SSG for scalable content delivery.

- Knowledge of content caching strategies (CDN, incremental builds).

Additional Competencies :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps tools.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.

- Knowledge of static site generators (Gatsby, Hugo).
