About the Role :

The Individual should be experienced in managing the Products / Projects of BFSI Domain and should be passionate about technology like mobile development, API Testing, Mobile testing, Performance testing etc.

Technical Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.

- Should have 3- 6 total years of Testing experience.

- Should have more than 1 - 2 years' experience in mobile application testing.

- Capability as a Senior Test Engineer (minimum 2+ years).

- Experience in test planning and strategies

- Creating and enforcing a testing plan & strategy

- Test Execution and Defect Reporting .

- Tracking test results and providing updates.

- Test-related risk assessment and mitigation.

- Informing key stakeholders on the testing progress.

- Ensuring the team have the right processes and tooling to complete the job.

- Having full responsibility for defining the Development testing strategy and ensuring compliance across the Vendor.

- Utilize functional automation tools to extend capability of Business Acceptance Test.

- Communicate with project managers, developers, stakeholders, and other team members to coordinate the test plan.

- Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status

- Presenting test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vs

- Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization.

- Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system.

- Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for clients.

- Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams.

- Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development, and configuration management activities.

Process Skills :

- Capable of analyzing requirements and building a product as per project defined software process.

- Ability to execute test plans, create test cases, test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills :

- Monitor technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs with the help of the technical team.

- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction
