Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Container Platform Engineer to design, implement, and manage robust container infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Youll work closely with development and operations teams to ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, and reliable, while driving automation and observability across the stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and operate scalable, resilient, and secure containerized infrastructure using tools like Kubernetes and Docker.

- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, emphasizing reliability, automation, and speed of delivery.

- Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response to ensure 24/7 system availability.

- Collaborate with development teams to optimize containerized application performance.

- Perform capacity planning and cost optimization for container workloads across environments.

- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews to continuously improve system resilience.

- Harden container platforms to meet security, compliance, and resilience standards.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, OpenShift) and Docker.

- Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and container orchestration.

- Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Bash, or Go.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

- Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native architectures.

- Solid experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar.

- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Helm, Ansible.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or relevant cloud technologies.

- Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).

- Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools.
