Job Title : Consultant SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP)

Key Responsibilities :

As an ECP Consultant, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors ECP projects. Your main duties include :

- Implementation and Configuration : Lead the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors ECP module. This includes configuring the payroll system, such as defining payroll policies, schemas, and rules to align with client-specific business requirements.

- Integration : Ensure seamless integration between Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll (ECP), as well as with other SAP and third-party systems. This is crucial for a smooth flow of data, from employee information to payroll processing.

- Consulting and Analysis : Serve as a subject matter expert for clients. You will analyze their current payroll processes and provide expert advice on how to leverage the ECP module to optimize their functions.

- Testing and Support : Conduct various testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will also provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any post-go-live issues.

- Documentation and Training : Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and provide training to end-users and client teams to ensure they can effectively use the new system.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be a successful candidate, you must have :

- Experience : A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP.

- Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors ECP module, including the Payroll Control Center, configuration of wage types, and payroll processing.

- Functional Knowledge : Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations. Experience with both on-premise SAP HCM Payroll and its transition to SuccessFactors is a plus.

- Project Lifecycle : Proven experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
