About the Job :

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Identity Management (IdM) Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple IdM platforms and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture : Analyze client requirements to design and architect comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This includes developing technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.

Implementation & Development : Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of IdM projects, from initial setup to production deployment. This involves developing custom workflows, integrations, and connectors using platforms like SailPoint, Forgerock, PingFederate, Okta, and Saviynt.

System Integration : Integrate IdM solutions with various enterprise applications, directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), and cloud services.

Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for IdM systems, resolving complex technical issues related to identity provisioning, authentication, and access control.

Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. Provide guidance and best practices on IdM strategy and security.

Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and operational guides.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Experience : 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on implementation, development, and design.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA/BCA).

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

SailPoint :

- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow for identity governance, lifecycle management, and access certifications.

Forgerock :

- Proficient in Forgerock OpenAM/ForgeRock Access Management and OpenIDM/ForgeRock Identity Management.

PingFederate :

- Expertise in PingFederate for single sign-on (SSO), federation, and OAuth/OIDC protocols.

Okta :

- Hands-on experience with Okta's platform for SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management.

Saviynt :

- Familiarity with Saviynt's converged Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.

Other Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
