Role : Conga CPQ Business Analyst Product Owner

We are looking for a skilled Conga CPQ Business Analyst Product Owner to support our clients in streamlining and optimizing their configure price quote processes using Conga CPQ. This roles requires deep functional expertise, strong business process analysis skills, and the ability to work across business and technical teams in a fast paces client facing environment.

Responsibilities :

Product Backlog Management :

- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility.

Requirement Gathering :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, users, Salesforce Champions, and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Agile Collaboration :

- Act as the primary liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and gather feedback to refine requirements.

Solution Design Input :

- Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure proposed solutions align with platform best practices and technical constraints.

User Experience Focus :

- Advocate for end-user needs to ensure Salesforce implementations improve usability and adoption.

Testing Validation :

- Support testing efforts by reviewing test cases, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating deliverables against requirements.

Release Planning :

- Coordinate with release management and change management teams to plan and deploy Salesforce updates smoothly.

Data Integrity Compliance :

- Ensure Salesforce data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Training Support :

- Help develop training materials and support resources to enable effective user onboarding and adoption.

- Must have Conga CPQ Business Analyst Certification

- Nice to have Conga CPQ Implementation Specialist Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification

- Certified in SCRUM or SAFe Scaled Agile Framework

- Experience in business process improvement mapping and impact analysis

- Experience in process taxonomies and templates solutions

- Experience in Miro ARIS Celonis

- Experience working with Conga CPQ on Salesforce
