Configuration Management Lead - CMDB/ITSM

Description :

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Update CMDB asset governance frameworks and policies

- Drive standardization across regions, divisions and Nomura group companies

- Ensure alignment with Nomura's ITSM policies

Operational Excellence :

- Lead global Configuration Management teams

- Maintain CMDB data quality and integrity

- Oversee recertification processes

- Drive continuous service improvements

- Drive automation initiatives

Process Management :

- Ensure compliance with global standards

- Manage ServiceNow implementation and enhancements

- Oversee UAT for major releases

- Manage JIRA/project management tools

Documentation & Reporting :

- Maintain Configuration management documentation

- Prepare executive-level MIS reports

- Track and report KPIs

- Provide regular status updates to leadership

Stakeholder Management :

- Partner with regional IT leaders

- Manage vendor relationships

- Coordinate with global teams and Talent management
