About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated AI/ML Fresher to join our team. As an entry-level AI/ML Engineer, you will work with a team of software engineers to develop, train, and deploy machine learning models. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in AI and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in building, training, and deploying machine learning, deep learning, and large language models (LLMs).

- Work on data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis.

- Train, develop, and refine LLM models and integrate them into scalable applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.

- Build applications that consume ML/LLM models for real-world use cases.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML, deep learning, and generative AI technologies.

- Document processes, models, experiments, and tools effectively.

Requirements :

- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Good understanding of core machine learning algorithms like regression, classification, clustering, etc.

- Familiarity with ML/AI libraries and frameworks : scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

- Basic understanding of LLMs and generative AI concepts.

- Experience with data preprocessing techniques and model evaluation metrics.

- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) :

- Internship or academic projects in AI/ML/Data Science.

- Exposure to training or fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.).

- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau).

- Understanding of deep learning concepts : CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.
