Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring requirements are clearly captured, analyzed, and documented.

- Work with stakeholders across Life Insurance and Health Insurance lines of business, covering new business, underwriting, policy servicing, claims, renewals, billing, and reinsurance.

- Gather, analyze, and document requirements in the form of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Use Cases.

- Define and document business rules, workflow processes, and data mapping for insurance products and systems.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and technical teams to design solutions aligned with regulatory standards.

- Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring requirements traceability and business acceptance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4+ years in Life & Health Insurance domain.

- Strong knowledge of insurance lifecycle.

- Understanding of Life Insurance products and Health Insurance products.

- Familiarity with insurance regulations.

- Hands-on experience with insurance core systems.

- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
