Job Summary :
You'll troubleshoot complex problems, guide junior engineers, and work with customers to resolve network security issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot complex firewall, VPN, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and optimize Palo Alto products (PAN-OS, GlobalProtect, etc.)
- Monitor logs and respond to security threats.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Train and mentor L1 support staff.
- Document solutions and share knowledge.
Requirements :
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto products.
- PCNSE or similar certification (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to work in shifts and on-call support
