Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Computer Vision Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent vision-based solutions for industrial and enterprise use cases.

The role involves working on cutting-edge AI/ML models, integrating computer vision systems with cloud platforms, and enabling real-time insights through scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop advanced computer vision and Gen AI models for real-world applications

- Build and optimize image/video processing pipelines for industrial and enterprise environments

Develop solutions for :

- Defect detection & quality inspection

- OCR & document understanding

- Object detection, tracking, and segmentation

- Worker safety and compliance monitoring

- Work with multi-modal data (image, video, thermal, IR, LiDAR, depth sensors)

- Deploy models on edge devices (cameras, IoT gateways) and integrate with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and latency

- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to productionize AI solutions

- Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous model training, monitoring, and deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning

Hands-on expertise in :

- Python, OpenCV

- TensorFlow / PyTorch

- YOLO, CNNs, Transformers (Vision Transformers, CLIP, etc.)

- Experience with Generative AI (diffusion models, multimodal AI, LLM integrations)

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), preferably Azure AI services

- Experience in deploying models on edge/embedded systems

- Understanding of image annotation, model training, and evaluation techniques

- Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in industrial automation / manufacturing domain

- Familiarity with IoT ecosystems and real-time streaming frameworks

- Exposure to NLP + Vision multimodal systems
