Job Overview :

The person will work as a technical lead and help in the design and implementation of various modules using Salesforce Einstein Analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirement documents and translate them to technical and functional requirements.

- Guide the team on the best way forward by envisioning and evaluating various design options.

- Design systems based on the business requirements including data flows, data objects and other data transformation.

- Ability to create and schedule data imports and synchronization jobs along with appropriate error handling.

- Develop modules for data extraction, transformation, and validation in salesforce.

- Understand the analytical data module and thereby create appropriate recipes.

- Create and present data in a visually appealing manner.

- Test the solutions and document their functionality.

- Perform technical peer reviews to evaluate pros and cons of design.

Desired Experience :

- 5-6 years of overall experience working on Salesforce.

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience on Einstein Analytics.

- Experience with understanding data and creating appropriate dashboards/lenses.

- Successfully lead Salesforce Einstein projects across all phases of design, development, code, and deployment.

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

- Good problem-solving skills with proven ability of resolving technical challenges.

- Exposure to agile development and JIRA usage.
