Job Summary :

This role involves working on both manual and automated test cycles using tools such as OpKey, Tosca, or Selenium, and contributing to the stability and scalability of Finance and Supply Chain (SCM) applications. You will collaborate across QA, development, and business analyst teams to ensure quality and delivery of enterprise-grade ERP solutions.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

ERP Testing & Technical Validation :

- Create, review, and execute functional and regression test cases for ERP workflows and customizations.

- Use SQL/PL-SQL for backend data validation and troubleshooting.

- Validate or support reports developed with BI Publisher, OTBI, or similar tools.

- Understand and test ERP extensions including Fast Formulas, Personalizations, and Integrations.

- Document test cases, technical procedures, and system behaviors.

- Support exploratory testing and identify functional gaps or inconsistencies.

Test Automation Development :

- Enhance automation frameworks and support script modularity and reusability.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

- Troubleshoot automation failures, analyze logs, and maintain high-quality test data.

- Review test coverage metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of automation strategy.

API & Integration Testing :

- Work with integration developers to troubleshoot and validate ERP data exchanges.

- Support performance and security validation of APIs and connected systems.

Team Collaboration & Agile Delivery :

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

- Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.

- Mentor junior QA team members and support peer reviews of test cases or automation code.

Qualifications :

- 4- 6 years of experience in software quality assurance, with 2+ years in Oracle Fusion ERP QA.

- Experience in both manual and automated testing of ERP applications.

- Hands-on with one or more automation tools : OpKey (preferred), Tosca, or Selenium.

- Strong understanding of QA processes, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and defect lifecycle.

- Familiarity with API testing and backend validation techniques.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA).

- Knowledge of ERP business flows, especially in Finance and Supply Chain.

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD environments.
