We are looking for an experienced Collibra SME / Platform Architect to define the strategic roadmap, provide architectural guidance, and drive the effective adoption and scalability of the Collibra platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Collibra, data management, and data governance, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the Platform Architect and define the strategic vision and roadmap for the Collibra platform.

- Provide industry best-practice guidance on Collibra and data governance.

- Lead solution design, platform integration, scalability, and adoption initiatives.

- Maximize the use of Collibra out-of-the-box functionalities and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Partner with internal technology teams to implement platform requirements effectively.

- Translate strategic business goals into detailed and actionable business requirements.

- Ensure clear requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.

- Provide architectural guidance and technical support to development teams.

- Conduct regular platform reviews and provide recommendations to improve performance and user adoption.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and align Collibra capabilities accordingly.

- Stay updated with the latest Collibra releases, capabilities, and industry trends.

- Lead, mentor, and provide direction to team members where required.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of total experience, with 8+ years of relevant Collibra experience preferred.

- Strong hands-on expertise in the Collibra platform.

- Strong understanding of Data Management and Data Governance practices.

- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and architecture principles.

- Experience in platform architecture, solution design, integration, and scalability.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

- Strong ownership, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
