Job Overview :

You will play a key role in ensuring data governance standards and policies are effectively embedded into business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement Collibra solutions across the organization to support metadata management, data cataloging, and data lineage tracking.

- Collaborate with data stewards, business analysts, and technical teams to translate data governance requirements into Collibra workflows and assets.

- Create and manage Collibra workflows, dashboards, data dictionaries, domains, and communities.

- Develop technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for Collibra users.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform is aligned with enterprise data governance objectives.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with data policies and assist in improving data quality and data stewardship processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of total IT experience, with 4.5+ years of relevant experience in implementing and customizing the Collibra platform.

- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality concepts.

- Experience with enterprise-level Collibra implementations.

- Proficient in Collibra features such as Data Dictionary, Business Glossary, Workflows, Catalog, and DGC APIs.

- Good understanding of data architecture and data lineage principles.

- Experience working with REST APIs, Java, or Groovy scripting for workflow customization (preferred).

- Experience in the finance domain is highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

- Collibra certification(s)

- Experience with tools like Informatica, Talend, or Tableau

- Prior experience working in Agile environments
