About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Expert to join our team on a contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, with hands-on experience in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Automation.

Youll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions that drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, etc.

- Ensure CMDB integrity and maintain accurate service dependency maps.

- Drive automation initiatives through integration with third-party tools and custom scripts.

- Collaborate with ITSM, ITAM, and other teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.

- Develop and maintain custom scripts (JavaScript, Glide) to enhance ServiceNow functionality.

- Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 810 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.

- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and API integrations.

- Experience in Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Operations Automation.

- Proven ability to design and implement integrations with external systems.

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM or equivalent certification preferred.
