About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead enterprise-scale CMDB design, implementation, and optimization.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, CMDB best practices, and discovery/service mapping processes.

- This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to align technical architecture with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and maintain an enterprise-scale CMDB within ServiceNow.

- Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure accurate, up-to-date configuration data.

- Ensure adherence to CMDB best practices and ITIL guidelines.

- Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and other stakeholders to integrate CMDB with broader IT processes.

- Provide guidance on CMDB health, governance, and compliance.

- Troubleshoot complex CMDB issues and provide scalable solutions.

- Mentor and guide team members on CMDB architecture and ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Extensive experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT operations processes.

- Proven expertise in enterprise-scale CMDB architecture and implementation.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work remotely and manage stakeholders effectively.
