Responsibilities and Duties :

- Review and understand product requirements, specifications, and design documents.

- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for web and
mobile applications.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and smoke testing.

- Identify, record, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues.

- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing.

- Validate bug fixes and ensure proper retesting.

- Contribute to test documentation and maintain testing standards.

- Provide feedback on usability, performance, and overall product quality.

Requirements :

- High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Proven experience in software QA or testing

- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC

- Experience with web and mobile application testing

- Skilled in functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing

- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments

- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing

- Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger)

- Understanding of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus
