Role Summary

The Technical Architect is a senior leadership position responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of high-performance enterprise applications.

This role requires a master of the .NET Core ecosystem and Azure Cloud, specializing in Microservices architecture and high-scale Fullstack development. You will be responsible for defining the technical vision, selecting design patterns, and ensuring the structural integrity of complex systems.

As an architect, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, leading teams in building scalable RESTful APIs, optimizing data layers in PostgreSQL/SQL Server, and implementing modern front-end solutions using ReactJS.

Your expertise in Azure Service Bus, Docker, and Azure Functions will be critical in driving the transition toward cloud-native, event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the architectural design of scalable, distributed systems using Microservices patterns and .NET Core backend services.

- Fullstack Leadership: Oversee the development of modern web interfaces using ReactJS (v14+) and ensure seamless integration with robust ASP.NET Core Web APIs.

- Cloud-Native Implementation: Architect and deploy cloud solutions leveraging Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Caching Services (Redis) to ensure high availability and responsiveness.

- Data Layer Governance: Design and optimize complex data schemas using Entity Framework Core, Dapper, and LINQ, while performing expert-level tuning for SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

- Containerization & Orchestration: Implement Docker-based containerization strategies to ensure environment consistency and scalable deployment workflows.

- Design Patterns & OOP: Enforce strict adherence to Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and Solid/Design Patterns to ensure code maintainability and extensibility.

- Technical Quality & Review: Establish coding standards, lead deep-dive code reviews, and mentor developers on security best practices and performance optimization.

- DevOps & CI/CD: Manage version control and automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or Git, fostering an efficient Agile/Scrum environment.

- Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot and resolve complex application bottlenecks in production, focusing on SQL indexing, query optimization, and memory management.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to translate ambiguous business goals into high-quality technical specifications.

Technical Requirements

- Core Stack: 10+ years of professional experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.

- Frontend Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (v14 and above) for building dynamic, component-based UIs.

- Azure Mastery: Proven expertise in Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and cloud-native integration patterns.

- ORM & Data Access: Mastery of Entity Framework/Core, Dapper, and LINQ for high-efficiency data manipulation.

- Database Management: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (Procedures, Indexing, Tuning) and PostgreSQL.

- Testing & Quality: Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like NUnit or xUnit to ensure code reliability.

- Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Azure DevOps for lifecycle management.

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Event-Driven Architectures and message queuing systems.

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases or specialized caching strategies in a distributed environment.

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
