Description :

- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.

- Design and document automation workflows and process flows.

- Break down complex processes into smaller, manageable automation tasks.

- Develop and configure RPA bots using Automation Anywhere (AA360) or other RPA tools.

- Create and maintain automation scripts using scripting languages like Python, VBScript, or PowerShell.

- Integrate RPA bots with various systems and applications using APIs and connectors.

- Test and debug automation scripts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Deploy and implement RPA bots into production environments.

- Monitor bot performance and identify areas for optimization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.

- Train end-users on how to use and maintain RPA bots.

- Document automation processes and best practices.

- Share knowledge and expertise with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in Automation Anywhere (AA360) or other RPA tools.

- Experience in Python, VBScript, or PowerShell scripting.

- Understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.

- Knowledge of API integrations and web services.

- Familiarity with UI automation techniques (Selenium).
